Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days to be processed. After being processed, your order will be shipped and you will receive an email within the following 24 hours. Please allow 3-5 business days for your package to arrive. Once the package has shipped, The Vigorous Label is not responsible for lateness, or damage done to the package during transport. Your order will only be shipped if your billing address matched your shipping address & as well as the credit cards registered address. Everything must match, the name on the order & all addresses must be the same.

The Vigorous Label does not do returns only exchanges for jackets because of sizing purposes. Jacket must be given back in the perfect manner you received it.
